Not Receving access request email notification

Wondering if anyone has this issue and maybe be able to help. I do not get an email notification to my company email account (we use Gmail) whenever someone asks for access to reports/dashboards....

    Hello, 

    Did that end up being the actual issue?

    People have requested access to one of my Power BI reports and I never received an email notification - we use Microsoft Outlook.

        Ok thanks, I'll create a seperate thread then . We are having this issue so there's probably another reason for it.
