Norwegian number format

Based on my test, could have chosen the language in Power BI Service?
Choose your language in the Power BI service
- In the Power BI service, select the Settings icon
> Settings.
- On the General tab > Language.
- Select your language > Apply.
You could refer to below link and test again.

Hei Daniel, thank you for getting back to my problem.
That is exactly what I've done, changing language setting from PBI Service and also from internet browsers (IE and Chrome).
Both don't work. Have you tried with Norwegian at your side? The numbering format for 1 million is 1.000.000 (although we would like to have 1 000 000) and for percentage is 6,35% for example.

It does not work either with new installation with language set to Norwegian.
We have reported this to Microsoft here so hope they will fix it.
