North Europe - Complete Failure?

Anyone having problems?  Have lost all my workspaces and just recieving the following   code=400&errorType=AppMetadataInaccessible

I can't publish or update datasets or reports.

It's also poor support that it's not identified as an issue in the Office 365 portal.

I notice they do this with other services too like Dynamics and Teams. They keep a "tick" on things that don't work...
