North Central Cluster Slow to Load

I'm currently experiencing issues with loading/refreshing reports in the service, served by the North Central Cluster.  I just got a failed refresh message and had one last night.

I heard back from Microsoft - there was an internal server issue on one of our data sources, that touched multiple reports, that was causing the issue.

Could you post a screenshot to show what's the error message?

Is this issue related to data refresh only?
