None Power BI Users ability to view
How do none license Power BI users (coworkers) able to view reports and dashboards?

You can use Publish to web feature to publish your report, this way, other users are able to view the report without Power BI account. But please note that when you use Publish to web, the report or visual you publish can be viewed by anyone on the Internet.
If you concern about the security issue, your coworkers can try Power BI pro trial, this way, you can share dashboard to them.

Im the only person with license. How do others view the report if they dont have the license
