Non stop refresh of reports

Hi

we have several excel files saved on sharepoint. These excel files / datasets pull data from sharepoint lists and sql databases.

We have set daily auto refresh for these datasets at certain times during the day.

Everything was working fine until 2 days ago, when all of our reports of this kind started refreshing constantly, 24/7.

One refresh finishes, another one starts immediately.

This behaviour is not desired as we want our reports to refresh only at certain times which we define.

Was there some change to how these refreshes are handled in the service in the last update?
