Helper IIINon-Pro user cannot RE-SHARE a dashboard shared with them from a Premium workspace (all in same org)
Hi all,
Person A made a report in a Premium workspace. They share it with Person B in their organization, who is NOT a Pro license owner. The settings were set to allow Person B to re-share it with others. However, when Person B tried to share it with Person C inside the organization, they got an error saying they could not do so because they do not have a Pro license.
Is this a glitch, or can Premium workspace dashboards be seen by non-Pro users but not re-shared by them?

I understand what you mean,according this article， you should have set permissions above member for the free user, as shown below, member and admin have sharing permissions. However, you have to consider that the prerequisites for sharing, one of the prerequisites for sharing is that You need a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license, whether you share content inside or outside your organization.
