The thumbnails in the email that the subscription sends show only the report and page name with date refreshed, no visuals. The dashboard looks fine online. This is a sporadic issue, it has happened twice with this weekly subscription, once about a month ago and again today.

Thanks for the response, GilbertQ. There aren't any custom visuals in the report. More info - a subscription to another dashboard (no custom visuals) that was working fine in previous weeks was sent today with thumbnails of the six pages in the dashboard, all from the same report: four pages no visuals, the fifth about half its visuals, the sixth all the visuals. I deleted about 12 email addresseses from the distribution and changed the title of the email subscription. Saved and did a Run Now and all visuals appeared properly in the subscription email.

Thanks, GilbertQ. We are going to continue to monitor this as it was intermittent and no root cause identified. We've only been using the subscriptions for a few weeks and to have this happen with two different dashboards in such a short period of time means that we can't rely on it. We're sending the emails manually to our users and have only the support team receiving the subscriptions to monitor. If they continue to work properly for a few weeks then we'll put them back into production. As you wrote, could have been some kind of one-time glitch.
