No update despite Next Refresh

Hello all,

I have published a report, which so far has always run cleanly.
Now the report does not update anymore, although everything is set.
Clean credentials, scheduled refresh etc.
If I start it manually it also runs cleanly, but at the selected times no refresh happens.
