No puedo ver mi perfil, mis facturas, ni puedo publicar un power bi con una cuenta recién comprada

Intenté iniciar sesión en mi Power Bi que compramos apenas hace una semana, se queda en un bucle en el que parece un mensaje "Hubo un error mientras intentaba iniciar la sesión" AADSTS50079: , no puedo ver mis facturas porque se queda en un bluce donde sigue apareciendo muchas veces la pantalla la pantalla de login. En el centro de administración de 365 sale un mensaje "The request is blocked. 0Y93AZQAAAAB5zzMwWrAiRpoeCp+diYItQ0gxQUEyMDIwNjA2MDUzADEyMmE4MDliLWNmZDQtNDJlYS1hMDQ1LTlmZWIzNTVjNjQwZg==" y ni siquiera me pide las credenciales de loggeo. Desde ésta página donde escribo ya estoy loggeado pero si hago click en "ver cuenta" o en "mi perfil" nuevamente estamos en un bucle infinito del que no puedo avanzar.

If I understand correctly, the issue is that you encountered the error while logging in. Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:

1.The error is usually related to an authentication issue. Going to Options and settings > options > security > certification revocation

Resolve startup issues with Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

 

2.Ensure that you are using the correct email address that has the account administrator role for the subscription for the login loop.

 

In order to make a deep troubleshooting, could you please provide the following information? It would be helpful to find out the solution.

  • Have there been any recent changes to the account or security settings?
  • Have you attempted to access from a different device?
