No pro trial extension message

Hello, Have been instructed to ask for some help here as my collegue and I were not offered an extension to our Pro Trial.. The rest of our collegues were able to extend but not us..  Is there ...

I am having the same problem - i have dismissed the message for the trial for the Pro Trial.

Could you please advise?

    Hi,

     

    I have accidentally dismissed the pro-trial extension when the table pop-out.

    Kindly advise action needed from my side in order to extend the pro-trial.
