No pro trial extension message

Hello, Have been instructed to ask for some help here as my collegue and I were not offered an extension to our Pro Trial.. The rest of our collegues were able to extend but not us..  Is there ...

Hi Andy,

 

Please reference this documentation: powerbi-extended-pro-trial.

1. When did you register in Power BI? The requirements for extending Pro are:

>>>

1) Power BI Free users active between May 3, 2016 and May 2, 2017 are eligible for an Extended Pro Trial.

2) Users that have previously used or are currently on the 60-day in-product Pro trial are still eligible for the Extended Pro Trial.

Note: Users that have licenses assigned from the Power BI Pro or Power BI Pro Trial subscriptions, within Office 365, are excluded from this offer.

 

2. How to activate.

1) Experience at the sign in.

2) If you missed method 1, please do it in the Notification Center.

Thanks Dale, 

 

All other colleugues, same company, all signed up the same time as me and all have the extension, bar one.. Is there anyway to get the notifcation back if say i dismissed it for by mistake? I dont remember seeing the notification but thats not to say it wasnt there.

    Please check if you are a eligible user first. If yes, please send your usernames (if there are others) to me (private message). I will send them to the product team. Maybe you could receive the notification later.
