No option for upgrading to Power BI pro after creating account

Hi,

I just created a power BI account using my companys email and downloaded the Power BI desktop application. I, like some others in the company, do not have the option to upgrade to Power BI. I tired the the multiple methods listed online, I also have not even received the notification to upgrade to Pro. I was told I do have the Pro license given to me by my company but I'm not sure why I can't even see the option to upgrade? I still do not have the Pro version. I am located in Costa Rica. Could my location be the problem?

HI @Anonymous,

Current you can only bought pro licence at office 365 admin portal. I think you need to contact to your tenant admin for bought this license.
