No one in my organization can open any reports this morning. The URL shows TenantMigrationInProgress

The reports will just keep loading and won't return anything. My tenant admin noticed this "TenantMigrationInProgress" as part of the URL link when he tried to open a report. There's no migration happening at the backend as far as we are aware. 

Any recommendation would be appreciated.

Restarting the Premium Capacity seems to help. All good now. Thank you.
