No longer able to export to .CSV

In Power BI, on line reports, when choosing Export to CSV, i get this note: This report has a sensitivity label. Note that sensitivity labels aren't applied to .csv files. Consider exporting to Excel instead.  History: I started using CSV option when the site was changed where i could export to excel with live connection, or just export to excel, both excel options took a long time to load.  Why is CSV no longer available.

Please chat to your Power BI Admin as there is the capability to disable exporting to CSV. They might have made a change.
