No data updating on the web

Hi everybody,

I'm new in Power BI and I have a real-time dashboard with a lot of data. I'm having trouble updating the data automatically after publishing to the web. My desktop report and power bi service is updating with no problems, I'm using SQL Server and DirectQuery.. Can anyone give me any idea how I can solve this?

Hi @Sarahhh 

Can reports related to dashboards be updated normally ? If the report and related dataset can update, please check if your dashboard applies a filter to filter out the updated data .

Did you use filter/slicer when you pin visual from report to dashboard, may be Date Slicer/Year Slicer like this
Can you please clear all filter/slicer and pin the same visual again and check
