No available gateway

Can you please tell me how to solve the problem there is no available gateway? I really need to solve the problem

Can you get rid of the need to use gateways? All data is stored in BiqQuery
To use a data gateway, make sure the computer is online and the data source is added on the Manage Gateways page. If you are using on-premises data gateway (standard mode), select the appropriate data sources and click the "Apply" button

I had something similar and the issue turned out to be user error. Make absolutely, positively, 100 % sure that you use the exact same spelling for your data source on the desktop and on the gateway. Yes, this is now case sensitive too.
