Hi @Echoy51

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

If you can't find the "Publish to Web" setting in the Power BI admin portal, try the  following steps:

  1. Verify Admin permissions make sure that you have the necessary permissions to access the Power BI admin portal. Only Power BI service administrators or global administrators in Microsoft 365 can manage tenant-level settings like "Publish to Web."
  2. Check Tenant Settings: Log into the admin portal and navigate to Tenant Settings under Export and Sharing Settings to see if the option is available. Make sure you have an active Power BI Fabric license tied to your admin account.

You can have a glance at the pictures below to get more clarification of the difference between admin              level settings based on the permissions.

As in the above picture a person  is having  an administrator role in tenant level then only can be able to make changes in admin portal.

3.Enable the Feature: If present, expand the "Publish to Web" setting to check if it’s enabled. If it's disabled, enable it and set permissions for users or groups.

     4. Policy Restrictions: Your organization may have disabled this feature for compliance reasons. In such cases, you may need to contact your IT administrator for further clarification or approval to enable it.

     5. Ensure the Fabric license covers the ability to use advanced sharing features like "Publish to Web." If the license is incorrect or incomplete, contact your Microsoft licensing partner or support for assistance.

     6. Refer to the official Microsoft documentations on for further details and step-by-step guidance.

Hi @Echoy51

To enable "Publish to web" in Power BI:

  1. Log in as Power BI Admin.
  2. Go to the Admin portalTenant settings.
  3. Scroll to Publish to web under "Export and sharing settings."
  4. Enable it and assign permissions to specific users or groups.
  5. Save changes.

If you don't see the option, check permissions or contact your IT admin.
