No Free refresh from OneDrive for Business?

Are CSV files stored on OneDrive for Business considered to be Power BI Pro content? (I'm not using the gateway.)

I reviewed the material posted last month and the Power BI pricing page but couldn't see that spelled out. This page could use more details:

https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-admin-purchasing-power-bi-pro/

I set up daily scheduled refreshes on a Onedrive for Business source in my dataset, and I now I see this:

I need to know for sure before getting back to my client, thanks!

Are you sharing or trying to view a shared desktop?
Is this report sitting in your personal workspace or a app workspace?

On June 1, the license changed so that Pro and Free share the same features, however only Pro licenses can share or view shared material.

Even though the phrasing talks of "this report", I'm actually clicking on a dataset whose reports are not shared into dashboards yet.

Where is this report currently hosted? Is it in your personal workspace or an App Workspace (used to be called Group Workspace)?

    otravers,

I test the scenario as yours, however I am not able to reproduce your issue.  Do you use RLS or other features in your dataset? Do you get same message when you directly connect to the CSV file stored in OneDrive for Business in Power BI Service?
