Hi,
I have PowerBi Pro license and own the Premium Capacity workspace.
And I try to disable the export data option but it seems like I can't set up anything.
Please let me know If i do anything wrong or I should have another role ?
And one more question, I wonder if I disable the export data, then will user be able to download .pdf / .ppt / analyze in excel?
As far as i know, it will disable all .pdf / .ppt / analyze in excel but I want the users to be able to download all except the .pbix file, If there's the way, please let me know.

Hi @JULY1 ,
To access the Admin portal for Power BI Service, you need to have the Power BI service administrator role assigned to your account. And to assign this role, you need to be marked as a Global Admin within Office 365 or Microsoft Entra ID, or have been assigned the Power BI service administrator role.
Since you want users to be able to download all files except .pbix files, you don't have to disable the export data. You can choose to disable the 'Download reports' feature in the admin portal only:

You would need to contact the Power BI Admin for your capacity for any changes to the admin portal. However, you can disable exporting at a report level by utilizing the options in Desktop: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/power-bi-visualization-export-data?tabs=powerbi-d...
