No Bell Icon on Pinned Visual Report

Hi everyone, I'm new to Power BI, and I have created a simple app and I want to create a alert on a certain threshold.

But I cannot see the Bell icon to do so. This has already been pinned into a daskboard but still cannot see it. My dataset comes from a sharepoint list and is scheduled to refresh daily.

    According to the documentation, alerts can only be set on tiles pinned from report visuals, and only on gauges, KPIs, and cards.

    In addition to that, in order to create an alert on a dashboard, you need to have a numeric data type and you can't have a date/time measure in your visual. Please have look at the considerations/limitations of alerts.
