New/Returning Users Get Sign Up Message?

We have E5 license in our organization, which includes Power BI pro. Occasionally, users will get this message when logging in: It looks like Microsoft Power BI isn't currently available for you...

Hi SeattlePowerBI 

 

What I would do is to go into Azure Active Directory and then make sure that the user has been assigned either the E5 license or the Power BI Pro license.

 

It might be that some accounts have also got a Power BI Free license, which often can cause issues.

    Hi There-

    I checked in the admin center and they do have E5s. No free licenses.
