New PBI App Update Hides Certain Pages/Tabs, How to Prevent Access to Hidden Pages via Old Links?

I have just published a new version of my Power BI App which hides certain pages/tabs from view and it is working fine. However, when accessing the dashboard via old links to the hidden pages/tabs, it shows the previous version of the app. Is there any way to prevent this so that all links will direct to the updated version (with hidden pages/tabs)?

Hi! Here's the latest version of the report. The greyed out tabs at the top (Plan, Code, Build, etc.) were just hidden and they are not clickable anymore.

One user has a direct link to one of the tabs Deploy, and when this user accesses the link, it still directs him to the Deploy tab when he should not have access to it (see screenshot below and note that the tabs on top are not greyed out, this is the version prior to the latest one). Although the Deploy page is just hidden, not deleted. Is there a way to restrict access from hidden pages?

We are using the Power BI App. Each tab/page in the report (Plan, Code, Build, etc.) generates a different link in the online app. Looks like the end users bookmarked these links.
