New Look Not Working

Hi reaching out as Im at a lose of what to do. Since the new look button appeared on Power Bi service it has not worked for me. Our company has had numerourse meetings with microsoft support and demontrated the issue or sent fiddler recordings but no one seems to be able to resolve the issue. We all asumed that with the general new look role out on 7th October power bi would automatically change to the new look. However I am still working in the OLD look.

 

 

Any suggestions

Hi 

 

As part of the Oct new look roll out the new look just started to work for me

Do not the feature work?

Can you see the "New look" button? If not, you need to enable this feature in ‘Admin portal’. If it can but can not be used normally, please create support ticket .

Hi 

 

thank you for your response. Yes the new look has been anable. Our company has 200 power bi users.

199 have the new look. Unfortunatley I am the only one it does not work for.

 

So to confirm new look button and admin portal are both set for new look , but do not work for me.

 If I add the power bi app to MS Teams it shows the new look. If I log into power bi service its the Old look.

Hi thanks thank you for your response. 

Yes the 'New Look' button  has always been visable. However when I toogle it to new look nothing happens.
