New Look Not Working

Hi reaching out as Im at a lose of what to do. Since the new look button appeared on Power Bi service it has not worked for me. Our company has had numerourse meetings with microsoft support and demo...

Hi 

 

thank you for your response. Yes the new look has been anable. Our company has 200 power bi users.

199 have the new look. Unfortunatley I am the only one it does not work for.

 

So to confirm new look button and admin portal are both set for new look , but do not work for me.

 If I add the power bi app to MS Teams it shows the new look. If I log into power bi service its the Old look.
