Helper INew Cards visual Disappear from service, Again!!
Hi Team,
One strange issue observed , It seems like New Card visual has been removed from service automatically. It was working fine till last week but now this has been removed and its not working as it should work.
In desktop version , its working fine but when we are publishing to PBI service, its not working properly. It looks like Desktop and service are out of sync .
Please help.

A previous user had a similar experience to yours, we have already sent the feedback to the product team, and the product team is aware of the issue and is working on the development. You can pay attention to the official announcement of the subsequent product update. I will update here if there is any progress.

shubhamc_002It looks like features in service are not in sync with Desktop version. Its very difficult nowdays if we can release our dashboard with new visuals or features. Hope Microsoft will fix this as soon as possible.
I'm struggling the same problem here.
The problem is regarding the reference label, when I removed it the card returns working.

I found this problem occured when the value for the reference label was blank(), changing the measure to if(isblank(), "--" enable the measure to show
