Hi,
I noticed in one of my published reports that new card visual is acting weird! In the published report on service, I get the multiple cards in the visual showing a scroll bar although in desktop app the setting is correct for the number of cards and no scroll bar.
Furthermore, The callouts are truncated with ellipsis in service, while no problem shows in desktop!
I read a post saying that new card visual is now GA. But - if true - was MS ignorant to all developers using the new card visual and changed some setting which affected published work!!!
And does anyone have an idea how I should fix this. I tried many settings and republishing, nothing works! Worst of all I have to try blindly then publish to see if my try was effective, as I do not see a problem in desktop. I have to modify (try and error) then publish, then check if the probelm I see in service (and not in desktop) disappeared!!!!!!
Anyone can help?

In service

I could resolve the issue today, in fact avoid it.
My desktop app was on Oct version. today I upgraded to Nov version by downloading it from MS site (my current version was downloaded from the store, yet did not auto update!)
After installing the Nov version, I now can see the new card layout exactly like what is in the service (with scoll bars and truncated callouts)
Scrollbar issue:
I found the multicard setting put to 5 cards while earlier I was setting it to 7 (!!!). I reset it again to 7, scrollbar disappeared and problem fixed.
Truncated text:
I have a multicard of 3 cards, first 2 do not use dividers, the third has a divider. The text is truncated in the first 2 "as if" there is a 50% divider (!!!). I could not find any setting to resolve this. I duplicated my card visual, and set one visual containing the first 2 fields, the third containg the third field. Once I removed the third field (containing the divider) from the multicard, the other 2 immediately got fixed and spanned the whole card width, I did not change any settings (!!!).
Now that I could "avoid" the problem, a shout out to MS: check what happened and fix it, you disturbed MANY people.

Hi @AhmadBakr and tagging @RickScanlon , @rix528 @quentinyang as well, I have checked the issue and here is the update:
This issue is not due to your report design. The New Card visual is currently impacted by a recent Power BI Service update, which is causing display problems in the Service, such as extra scroll bars, callout truncation, and changes in card layout after refresh. The visual works as expected in Power BI Desktop, so adjusting settings and republishing will not resolve it right now. Microsoft has identified this as a platform-side defect and is working on a fix. As a temporary solution, some users have found that turning Auto-grid Off (Service only) can help, but the layout may still break after refreshing.
Thank you.
Thank you!
I am having the same issue!!! Leaving a comment for better reach!
Last week my card (new) visuals do not have any problems. It's probably some updates they have over the weekend?
EDIT:
Found out on Reddit that there's an Autogrid toggle you can turn off, but it only exist in Service, not Desktop.
Incorrect size of card (new) visuals in power bi service since weekend : r/PowerBI
Same issue. After scheduled daily refresh. This is a new problem with the new card visual.
Also having an issue. After scheduled refresh (daily), number of rows is resetting, messing up the correspending visual. This is a new issue.
