New Card Visual realigning callout values when published to service

No, it's not..
If you read the known issue, it says it applies to Power BI service. You can see in my screenshot that it is also in Power BI Desktop. It also says that it applies to shadows, glows, and accent bars. The issue in this thread is for the alignment of the callout value title. The known issue also says it was resolved on December 13th.
Yep. I am still having the same issue. Not solved
