New Card Visual askew when published to service

Hi all,

Some users in our organisation are experiencing problem viewing the new card visuals - the card visual appear normal in power bi desktop, however when published, some users reported the card is cut-off for them (image 1), but others have reported normal (image 2).

I couldn't find anything useful online, does anyone know the solution to this?

I just found out why - some users are using older version of MS edge which caused the problem. Any newer version after 2023 should be fine.

Hello, I have a similar issue as of yesterday. The titles in Referance Labels are crooked on the left hand side when I publish the report on the service. On dekstop, everything seems normal. I have updated Edge as well but issue is still there. I assume this is related with the June release in Power BI rather than Edge. pbi new cards.png

Hey have you tried this in Chrome?

In my case it is definetely Edge, as this has been a problem for some users even before June release.

When they switched to Chrome it appeared normal again.

All users that have this problem are on edge v85 but anyone who is on edge v 113 or after have no problem with the new card visual.

hey spinach, I did try on Friday and both Edge and Chrome were showing the same. But this morning the issue dissappeared and it seems good to me now. Thanks for your comments 🙂

ask your users if they have set the zoom level on their browsers to anything other than 100%
