I recently changed one of our key reports to use the "New Card Visual". This has been running fine since published a couple of weeks ago. Today the web service stopped showing the data in the visual. It still works on desktop, its missing on the web service on ios app. I also can't see the new card visual to create a visual on the web.
EDIT - This is isolated to the one report. Other reports using new card visual are okay.

Hi @Fishy I dug around a bit further and found we were using the new card visual on two other reports which were unnafected. I came back to this report and tried a few things. I found if Icopied & pasted the 3 column 2 Row visual and converted it into two seperate 3 Column 1 row visuals and it came good. I had to repeat this process on four seperate pages but it worked.
That being said, no one changed this report when it failed so a bug must have been introduced to that visual on the PBI service on the day i posted this. Hard to define the bug but it seems to have prevented certain configurations of the new card visual from working.
This is an issue for us as of today too. I haven't found a solution.
When the visual was first launched for preview in June , it worked fine when I publish it in web, but recently I found that visual is showing data but not the labels. It's been 5 month since the visual was launched in preview, does any one know when Microsoft will release it to be use in web?
Just wanted to add to this. I just used the new card visual and published to the service. The data is working ok (for now), but the UI attributes like the top bar color, shadow and background colors are missing. Very strange.
ETA: The good news for this is that I can edit the card in the Service to turn on the accent bar adn shadow, and then it works to deploy via the deployment pipeline without having to manually change it again in each workspace in the service. That's made it slightly less annoying.
Just adding to this as I am also having this issue
I'm having the same issue with 6 columns, 1 row. If deleted and republished, it eventually works.
Update: it eventually broke again. May need to go back to the old card, which will mean using 48 visuals instead of 8. 😑
Can you mark your own post as the solution? If so, thanks for this solution, it worked for me as well. Solution verified!

Just adding to this, we're seeing this in our org now too. Following for insights.
