Dear Team, @v-saisrao-msft
since October 2025, I have faced an issue that "Grid" type of Arrangement is broken on the service side:
Expected: in case of having 4 columns out of 6, an extra space on the right side left for 2 emty columns
Once published to the service side, the buttons stretches accross the entire width, same way as behave "Horizontal" Arrangement:
Can you please pay attention to this service side issue and fix?
regards,
Alena
Hi @AlenaT ,
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.
Based on your description, this behavior with the Button slicer’s “Grid” arrangement in the service looks like a bug since it works correctly in Desktop but not after publishing.
It’s best to post it in the Issues forum so others who observe the same problem can comment or upvote it, which helps the product team review and address it.
If this issue is impacting your reports or needs immediate attention, you can also raise a support ticket for further investigation. Thanks @collinq for the suggestion.
Please reach out for further assistance.
Thank you.
Thanks @v-veshwara-msft for the detailed response! Will follow your recommendations!
Glad to hear that and thanks for sharing the issue link. This will help others who face the same issue to find and track it more easily.
HI @AlenaT ,
This is not really the spot for suggesting fixes. To get the right folks looking at this i suggest that you create a postin the Ideas location. If you think that this is more of a "bug" than an "idea" then you can go to this location Microsoft Fabric Support and Status | Microsoft Fabric and request a support ticket.
You will get a better response with the location that I moved this to and/or creating a support ticket.
