New App Audience. My Users keep disappearing

When I go back into my app Audience   I go to the audience Ive set up and when I republish my users keep dissapearing and it feels like a bug. Its getting really irritating having to reset them e...

    Hi DebbieE ,

     

    You mean this function?

    I do a test, I add a user in this window, and update this app, but when I reback this page, I found the user didn't in this box.

    For the whole app, It seems that just a new audience window has been added.
    I wonder if you are confused about this situation?

Same to me.

This user is a viewer to my workspace.

This 1 workspace app has 3 audience groups (different dashboards for different group).

I cannot add this user to any of the 3 audience group. Kept on disappearing after i saved it!!
so annoying, March 2025!!

Verify that the user dont have Workspace access, I have found that if a group or user has Workspace Access it wont be added as a group or user to the audience, since it is already there through the Workspace Access group.
