I am a global admin in our tenant. I've enabled the Admin monitoring for tenant admins. I see the new Admin monitoring workspace and see the Feature Usage and Adoption report and dataset, as well as the Purview Hub report and data set. If I go to the Activity details tab in the Feature Usage and Adoption report, there's a column for Workspace name, but it just says "NA." I'd like to know what workspaces are being used. Is there a way to get this info? I'm not sure what value the report is without knowing what is actually being used.
I have logged a ticket with Microsoft for this issue.
Heya, did you get any update from MS regarding this? I'm also seeing the same issue.
Regards,
Spencer
Yes Spencer, there was quite a bit of back and forth with Microsoft over a few weeks, trying various things (delete and reinstall, etc.). Eventually they changed something on their end which resolved the problem. I'm sorry I don't know what they did.
hi @spencerhan please log a support ticket. Also please mention the operation names which are missing the workspace details.
Thanks,
Bogdan
Thanks for the reply @GilbertQ . But I'm already on the Activity details pane. And while there are some rows for the Admin workspace and personal workspaces, instead of naming other shared workspaces, the workspace name is listed as "N/A."
Thanks GilbertQ. When you say to "log a support ticket," where exactly do I do that? Inside power BI, from the upper right corner, under the question mark drop down is the option "Submit an issue" But that appears to take me back to this community. So is there some place in this community that I'm supposed to log a support ticket?
@tandywine please log a support ticket so we can assist you with the detailed investigation. First, we would need to determine for which activity events this issue occurs.
Please refer to raise an official ticket about this at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
Hi @tandywine
What happens if you expand the filters pane and then search for your workspace name as shown below?
The reason you might not see anything initially is because you can also drill through to the activity details page.
