Need to send EMAILS TO DYNAMIC USERS

I am from power BI admin team . We have a premium capacities, so we are looking for the solution whoever consuming more CPU memory need to send an email to top 10 capacity impacting users when capacity reaches 80%.

If capacity side is not possible need to send EMAIL alert to top 10 users from the table visual. Users may varry everytime.

Use Data Activator and Reflexes.  Run DAX queries against the Fabric Capacity Metrics app to identify the top participating workspaces and their admins.

But frankly, alerting at 80% is counterproductive.  You need to watch the trend, and see if it has the potential for a runaway situation or not.

For example this here

is a healthy capacity.  Sure, it went over 100%, but only very briefly. The overall trend is not concerning, and nobody needs to be bombarded with emails.
