Hi team,
I have recently came to a new organisation and saw a strange thing, i.e is here if they don't want a report further in Power BI service then they directly remove from report tab not from datasets. so, now we have 30+ datasets and only 15 Reports and few data sets refresh without a report.
What my question is will this process effect us in long run or not?
If it is effecting, how can I prove them that this is effecting.
Regards
Drake

HI @Anonymous ,
These operation will spend a lot of capacity to store unused datasets. If your capacity has exceeded the limit, it not allow you to publish other report to current workspace.
In addition, if you not enable any refresh on these stored dataset. They also not affect performances of other operations .
