I am using Sentiment analysis to score the feedback given to employees. The sentiment analysis works fine on desktop but when I refresh the same on power bi service, the sentiment score becomes blank.
The workspace has a A4 capacity assigned to it. The data is cached in the file and comes from Azure SQL.

this happened to me once, I recommend you download the service version and inspect it, since some fields like true and false texts sometimes are changed to 0 & -1.
