Need help understanding and access to the groups under admin portal!

Hi all,

as part of cleanup procedure, I was checking the created embedded links and their workspaces from Admin Portal.

When I tried to look up into those workspaces from workspace section, I found some of their type is Group and others as Workspace.

Now, I can add myself to the workspaces and get an insight about what's going on into the workspaces but there is no option to add myself to the groups but I can see the reports and datasets published into those.

Can somebody please tell me what is this group thing? I am familiar with the Workspace but this something new I am experiencing, and/or how to get myself into that group from admin panel and/or how to see the members of that group?

Thare are many groups I can see in my list and I need to resolve that matter.

Hi there

Groups are the classic or V1 of the App Workspaces.

In order to get them changed to Workspaces the Groups need to be upgraded. You could ask the admin of those App Workspaces to upgrade their app workspaces.
