Need help to know embed A4 capacity support how many customers?

We have 5 incremental refresh reports and 3 Direct Query mode reports.  Totally 8 reports

each model size of 1MB. Currently we using Embed A4 capacity.

If we have 2 customers then 2 workspaces with each 8 reports

Please help to know A4 suporrts how many customer by considering Power BI Service  RAM , CPU  and Data gateway

Hi, it looks like a small audience for A4. For the direct query reports it's not even using all the capacity because the operations are mainly being returned from the source.

I think you can solve that 2 customers and 8 reports with A1. You can check the renders table and this discussion:

   Below points also have to consider, Please help

           1. Our dashboard  1 report landing page have around 18 visuals So 18 parallell DirectQuery connections need to create for each user. need to consider for multiple users,

         2. RAM and CPU usage in Point 1 case

          3. Data gateway limitation

Hi. If you already have your deployment and need to measure ram or CPU. You can use the Power Bi App Service for Capacity. Like this:

Please consider that direct query means going to the source and reply the queries from there. That means it will use very low ram and regular CPU.
