Need help as iam facing error with scheduled Refresh the datasets

Hi All,

          I need help on the issue iam facing.I enabled scheduled refresh for the datasets but scheduled refresh failing with below error. But when iam refreshing manually(using refresh button) its refreshing without any errors. Could someone please help me on this.

As per snap, your gateway is offline so you have to install the gateway locally on your computer and configure the gateway in services.

Kindly install gateway either on premises  (multiple user dependent) or personal gateway(Independent user)  and configure as per your sourcesettings and schedule through services.

                     Data Gateway is On and upon running as well and i didnt understand why i need to need to insatll gateway locally on my computer.

we have to adhere the gateway should be up and running either locally or in server. try to configure it your source setting from services in gateway connection.

                  Gateway is on and Datsource is binded to Gateway.

Referring to the picture you shared, I hope all the data sources of your dataset have been added in the gateway.

Once more thing, the server names and database names should be matched with the ones in the desktop you entered.
