Need help - Request for alternate API

Hi Team,

I was trying to get a database for developing some visuals on number of testing performed per cases.

However below API has details barring China.  Incase if you have come across any other API's which gives us some information regarding testing, can you please share with me.  I have also checked in JHU API however there are no information provided.
