Hi Anonymous ,
What's the version of power bi desktop are you using? Would you please try to update it to the latest version. If the issue is still existing,Since I didn't have a MAC for test, I suggest report this as an Issue using issues.powerbi.com. first check to see if it has already been reported.
If this post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly.

Hi v-deddai1-msft,
This issue is not on the desktop side. its on the browser front. On MAC, on Safari, chrome & Firefox, these issue persists. On windows, on all browsers, these issues are not there.

Hi Anonymous ,
It is operating system that make the difference. It is due to a difference in pixel rendering. You can refer to https://support.dominknow.com/hc/en-us/articles/216571908-PC-and-Mac-operating-system-OS-and-browser-differences-related-to-font-display-and-shape-rendering

Hi v-deddai1-msft,
I understand if the OS and its browser is changing the font everywhere. but I am able to see segoeUI font everywhere else. even in the given example, only the title font has changed. the body of the card viz is still in Segoe on Win & Mac. also, this is mostly prevailing in the Card viz only. in other viz, SegoeUI does not change to Times New Roman.
can you pls look deep into it?
Mervin.
