Hello!
I am reaching out for a wierd situation. On of my PowerBI users does not have the usual Navigation panel on the left of the home screen on PowerBI service. Here are his screen VS my screen :
Does anybody know what is happening and how to get him the usual pannel? Actually he wants to create a workspace and we don't know ohw to do it with no navigation pannel...

I wonder if the user who does not have the usual Navigation panel is an external user. You may contact the global admins or Power BI service admins to check if the feature 'Allow exteranl guest users to edit or manage content in the organization' is disabled.
If it is disabled for the user, the navigation panel disappears.
While it is enabled, it appears.
