National number and date format is broken

After last service weekly update national number and date format is broken in all reports in our company

 

Last build 11.0.9169.140 (no national format (English only)

Cy

 

Power bi version 11.0.9168.912 whith national format "OK" (Cyrillic/Russian)

    this bug was fixed in build 11.0.9169.163 (23-dec-2015)

      My version is 13 and continues with this bug any tips ?
