My team members can't edit dashboard any longer

We have a dashboard on Power BI online that has pins from a few other reports in a workspace. My team was able to make edits to the tiles by clicking the ellipses then "Edit" until recently. Since mid-April, all they see now when they click the ellipses is "Chat in Teams". I checked and they are all still Admin owners in the workspace.

What do you think may have happened? How can I get them this Edit access again?

Hi @ninos-shiba

That is quite weird. Please try and remove their perms and grant them the same perms again. Also, republish the reports again before you grant them perms again. This is not an apt solution, but just try if it helps.

Also, share the ss of the error if any.

Thanks,

Ankit
