Hello Gopal,
Dataset Refresh Status: Verify if your dataset has successfully refreshed. A failed refresh can lead to dashboard errors or outdated visuals. Check refresh history and resolve any issues like data source connectivity.
Gateway Configuration: If you're using an on-premises data gateway, confirm it’s running and correctly configured. If the gateway connection is disrupted, the dashboard won’t update.
Data Source Availability: Ensure the data source (SQL Server, Excel, etc.) is accessible. If the source is down or credentials have expired, the dashboard won’t load properly.
Filter or Query Changes: Look for recent updates to filters or queries affecting the visuals. Small changes can break links to data.
Service Outages: Check for Power BI service interruptions or maintenance using Microsoft's Service Health dashboard.
Error Messages: Review any error messages displayed on the dashboard or dataset settings to pinpoint the problem.
Connectivity Issue Example: A dashboard pulling data from SQL Server might stop loading due to expired credentials or a misconfigured gateway. In this case, update the credentials and restart the gateway service.
Dataset Update Failures: Imagine a monthly sales dashboard fails to refresh because the data source file path changed. Resolve it by updating the source connection and testing refresh.
Visual Customization Errors: A financial summary dashboard might throw errors due to filters being added or updated incorrectly. Revert to the previous filter settings or revalidate the query.
Overloaded Capacity: A report shared with hundreds of users might stop functioning if it exceeds Power BI Premium capacity limits. Optimize the dataset and visuals to reduce resource consumption.
Service Authentication Problems: In the case of federated authentication, dashboards can fail when token expiry occurs. Renew the token or check authentication settings.
Start with these checks, and you'll likely uncover the root cause quickly.

Hi @Gopal_PV
When a Power BI dashboard suddenly stops working in the Service, I’d check these areas first:
Please be more specific. What does "Stopped working" mean?
If you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi
Otherwise you can raise an issue at https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues .
