Hi all,
My client with a Pro licence, outside my tenant, needs to accept a free Pro trial the first time he opens a shared report of mine. Everything looks normal when he accepts the Pro trial as no 60 days countdown appears. Still, when he clicks on his thumbnail in the upper right corner, we see his account as a Pro account (free trial), but when moving back to his reports, we can see that he has a Pro account with no free trial.

Thanks!
Best,
@Anonymous So is the issue that he has to do free trial?
Hi @Greg_Deckler,
Yes, he has to do a free trial, and no countdown is shown when the trial is activated, but he still gets a free trial flag at his thumbnail.
Why does this happen when he already owns a Pro licence?
Thanks,
@Anonymous Not sure honestly.

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
