Multiple users on single dashboard

Our organisation has an online Power BI dashboard, with multiple excel based Power BI reports.

Each of the Power BI report is made by a defferent user.

But, we need to send it to a single user to update the dashboard.

The question, is there a way each user can update his power bi report on the dashboard without the need to send it to a single user everytime to upload?

But the workspace is only seen by one user, who made the dashboard?

    Hi Othman

Is the report in the dashboard a full report or a single visual? If I understand correctly, you need to update each full report in the dashboard. It depends on what you need to update. If there is a need to change or add visual charts in the report, then different users can make changes in their respective reports and the dashboard will automatically update based on those changes.

If you need to make updates to the data, you need to configure a refresh. Configuration refresh requires a gateway. You can refer to the following documentations for details:

On-premises data gateway - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Power BI Gateway | Microsoft Power BI

Add or remove a gateway data source - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Data refresh in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

If there are still questions, please feel free to ask me.

We need to update each full report in the dashboard, the dashboard has multiple reports, and each report is made by a different user. The report has multiple graphs, filters, and tables.

Currently, we send it to a single person to upload it in the dashboard. Which is very unconvinent.
