Multiple people publishing reports using same gateway

Hi All

 

I have a manager that created a report in the Desktop app and published it to his workspace.  But, he can't connect it to the gateway.  All the names are the same other than his user credentials.\

 

I've checked the settings for the gateway and he is an admin on it.

    Hi Cathryn,

     

    1. It seems it should be a on-premises gateway. (not a personal mode). Can you check it out?

    2. Can you see it in the Power BI Service?

    3. What is the data source? Did you add it to the gateway in the Service?

    4. Is the credential correct in the Service?
