Multiple options for slicer
Hello,
I was wondering if this is possible. I have some billings and revenue data that is connected with both calendar and fiscal year. Is there a way that I can put both calendar and fiscal year into one slicer and be able to toggle between the two? For example have both year types in a drop down on the top that I can select as heading and than each individual years will show up in a vertical list underneath. As I toggle between calendar year and fiscal year, the charts will change. I know I can have 2 slicers (one each for calendar and fiscal year), but to save space and make the report look nicer, it would be great if there is a way to combine the two. Thanks!

You can Create a parameter where you put both Fiscal-YearMonth and Calendar-YearMonth for example. Once you create the parameter power bi will create a slicer as well (if the option is selected):
Then you can use the parameter you have created in your chart and it will switch once you change it in the slicer.

Thank you. I have used the parameter for other visuals, where the x-axis is the calendar or Fiscal year. However, what I am wanting is the ablity to select various years in a chart. For example if I have a bar chart of total sales (y-axis) by region (x-axis), I want the abliity to have a slicer on the side where I can pick a specific years, but I also want the ablity to toggle between calendar or fiscal year without having to create 2 slicers, one for Calendar year and one for Fiscal year. Is that possible? Thanks.

Update: See visual. I want to know if it's possible to combine the 2 slicers into one where there would be a drop down that I can select either Calendar Yr or Fiscal Yr. and be able to select the individual years to change the chart.
Thanks.
