Hello,
Is there any limitation on number of apps per workspace in Fabric? It seems like there can only be one app per workspace. I have a golden workspace with many reports. I want to group reports in multiple apps based on different departments.
Seems like Fabric only allow one app per workspace. Anyone knows more about this? Any suggestion how can I have multiple apps?
Best regards,
Rafiq Ahmed

Hi @rafiqahmed ,
Regarding your question, only one application can be published in a workspace. You are on the right track. You can create different groups according to different departments. Create multiple audiences for the Power BI application and assign the corresponding groups to the corresponding audiences. Assuming department A, create group A, which includes all the people in department A, create audience 1, and assign group A to audience 1. The same is true for other departments. They can only view the content of their corresponding audiences.
Navigate to the 'Create and manage multiple audiences' section

Hello @rafiqahmed! You might want to take a look at this recent announcement. You can now create multiple apps per workspace with 'org apps' (currently in Public Preview)

Hope that helps!
Hello again,
I think we can sort this issue with Audience tab. We can assign different audience to different content
Anyone tried this?

Hi @Anonymous .
What about maximun of audiences within an unique app in the workspace, i would like to have multiple audiences instead of multiple workspaces but it seems I cannot create more than 25 audiences per app workspace
